Business websites that earn their keep
Most small business websites are a digital business card that nobody visits. This is the other kind: fast, findable, and built so the enquiries actually arrive in your inbox.

- 1–2 weeks

Who this is for
You run a real business: a trade, a practice, a service company, a shop. Right now people find you through word of mouth, a Facebook page, or a website somebody built years ago that you cannot log into anymore. You want something that looks like the business you actually are, and that shows up when someone in your area searches for what you do.
What you get
- A custom design, not a template. Your layout is built around your business and the way your customers make decisions, not dropped into a theme that a thousand other companies are using.
- Mobile-first everything. The phone layout is designed first, because that is where most of your visitors are. Tap targets, load speed and readability are all checked on real handsets.
- An enquiry form that works. Submissions come straight to your inbox and WhatsApp, with spam filtering built in, so nothing sits unread in a dashboard you never open.
- SEO groundwork from day one. Page titles, descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, a sitemap, structured data and Google Business Profile setup are part of the build, not an upsell.
- Speed as a feature. No bloated page builders. Sites are built lean so they load quickly on a mobile connection, which matters both for visitors and for Google.
- Analytics you can read. Set up so you can see how many people visited, what they looked at, and where they came from, without needing a course to interpret it.
How it works
- We talk. Twenty minutes on the phone or WhatsApp about what the business does, who you want to reach, and what a good enquiry looks like for you.
- You get a fixed quote. Scope and price in writing before anything starts. No hourly surprises.
- We build, you review. You see it as it comes together, on a private link, and give feedback while it is still cheap to change.
- We launch. Domain, hosting, SSL, Google Search Console and Business Profile all set up. Then it is live and it is yours.
What it does not include
Being straight about this saves everyone time. The starting price does not cover ongoing content writing, professional photography, paid advertising management, or e-commerce with live payments. Those are all things we can arrange or build, but they are quoted separately rather than hidden in a package price.

Questions we get asked
What does a business website actually cost?
A 3–5 page site starts at R3,500 once-off. That covers custom design, mobile layouts, a working enquiry form and the SEO groundwork. Bigger sites are quoted on scope after we talk, and you get a fixed number before anything starts, not an hourly meter.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the point we have your content. The slowest part is almost always waiting on text and photos from your side, so if you have those ready it moves faster.
Do I need to supply the words and pictures?
It helps, but it is not a blocker. Most clients send rough notes and we shape them into the finished copy. If you have no photos we will work with stock or arrange something appropriate.
Will it work on phones?
It is designed for phones first. Most South African traffic is mobile, so the phone layout is the one we build and check before anything else.
Can I update it myself afterwards?
On the basic tier, small changes come to us and are usually done same day. If you want to edit pages yourself, we can build in a simple editor so you can change text and images without touching code.
